Bayview Villa is set on three different levels and can accommodate a total of twelve people.
The three different apartments can be rented separately or together.
The apartment on the upper floor has three fully air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom has queen-size beds; the other two rooms two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, stove/oven, toaster, microwave), and the lounge offers room to relax with cable TV and a stereo system and opens to a spacious balcony with gorgeous views over Stonehaven Bay and Fort Bennett.
The centre floor provides a two-bedroom apartment, with ensuite bathrooms, and an open kitchen
separated by only a few steps from the living area. The master bedroom in this apartment is equipped
with one queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room opens to the
large balcony overlooking the Caribbean sea.
The ensuite studio apartment downstairs sleeps two persons in a queen-size bed. This apartment is
next to the swimming pool, which is shared by all guests. The kitchen has a bar top with barstools,
is fully equipped, and is again open to the living area. This apartment is also equipped with
cable TV and enjoys a good-sized balcony.
Daily housekeeping services are provided. Towels and sheets are provided and are changed every three days. Cooking, babysitting and personal laundry services are available on request though the housekeeper. There is a utility area with washing machine and dryer at the disposal of all guests.
Bayview Villa is located within walking distance of the Grafton Bird Sanctuary. Once a cocoa estate, the sanctuary evolved after hurricane “Flora” passed over the island in 1963. The plantation owner took to feeding the wild birds whose habitat had been destroyed. They are still fed at the Copra House. You will find hiking and bird watching trails, quiet hillside woodland and you are located close to the 18-hole Mt. Irvine golf course. A supermarket and various well-known restaurants are in the vicinity.
