Duke’s House as it is fondly called by repeat visitors, is located almost at the end of Courland Bush Trace, Black Rock. This family run guesthouse located on small incline, giving a magnificent view of Caribbean Sea
and majestic sunsets. Nestled with lush tropical vegetation and where birds chirps and ocean waves
plays a tropical symphony throughout the day. This family run guesthouse is a stone’s throw away from
the beach. The accommodation consists of three major apartments, plus our small but comfortable
new addition “Bachelor Apartment” for single visitors with sea view. All modern amenities are provided,
which include fully equipped kitchenette, hot & cold shower, cable television, air-conditioned
bedrooms and breath-taking views of the Caribbean Sea.

Seaview Apartment 1

The Upper Floor Sea view- offers a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and majestic sunsets from the elevated balcony. This apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with single bed. Both apartments are self-contained with private kitchenette and bathrooms. Bedrooms are air-conditioned. This apartment is ideal for large families or romantic couples. This apartment is spacious, comfortable and offers the premier view of the beach with picturesque sunsets. 

Seaview Apartment 2

Ground Floor Sea view- has two (2) bedrooms both air-conditioned and self contained with modern amenities. One bedroom with double beds and the other with single both self contained with private kitchenette and bathrooms. Fantastic seaview can be seen from this apartment with comparative sunsets. Birds visit are common for breakfast and midday snacks……. Bon Appetite!

Apartment Bachelor Seaview

Our new addition is our so called “Bachelor Apartment”…. this small but useful apartment is designed
specially for single persons All the modern amenities are in place and a shared balcony with
sea view compliments this accommodation. True, pure and perfect Caribbean lifestyle can be
enjoyed at Duke‘s House. Come get away with us and live the laid back lifestyle.

Garden side Apartment

Tropical Garden side- this apartment has two bedrooms, one with double beds and the other with single bed. Of course bedrooms are air-conditioned and a modern kitchenette is available. Lush tropical Caribbean garden containing aloe vera plants amongst other green flora. Birds visits are a plenty.
