Kia’s is located in the heart of Crown Point, between Store Bay and Pigeon Point and within
comfortable walking distance to all of the amenities in the area. The house has a choice of
self-contained studio apartments, 2-person guest rooms or a 3-bedroom apartment in an
attractive property set in mature tropical gardens.

Kia’s Across From The Beach offers 4 types of accommodations: self contained Studios, (sleeps max.
4 persons) Guest rooms (each room sleeps 2 persons), 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms
(upstairs! sleeps 6 people) The rooms on the ground floor are surrounded by a mature tropical garden
and are fully air-conditioned. All rooms have overhead electric fans. High-speed Internet is available.
Self contained Studios come with a kitchenette, private bath and terrace. Kitchenettes have a fridge,
hot plate, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and dishes. Guest rooms come with two full size twin beds
(sleeps max. 2 persons). Rooms have access to shared kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle,
dishes and cutlery. Shared bathroom facilities. All rooms have cable TV.

Please note, that Kia’s is located directly at the only Highway in Crown Point.
It can be noisy at times due to traffic and entertainment in the restaurants close by!
