Rates are in USD, per night, per room, incl. of Continental Breakfast and all taxes and service charge. The rates do not apply for the Carnival period 20.02.09-25.02.09.

Minimum booking during Carnival, Christmas New Year 7 nights! For those periods a 25% non-refundable down payment is necessary. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival with no refund on any part!
