The traditional Caribbean style14th Green Villa, with a separate guest cottage, set in 3/4 of an acre of private landscape gardens. The villa overlooks numerous coconut trees on the Mount Irvine golf course. The sandy beaches of Grange and Mount Irvine are an easy 7 minutes stroll. 14th Green, which is all on one level, has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the cottage. It is very family friendly for all ages and has special
facilities for the physically challenged and those with limited mobility. Facilities available include:
cable TV, music system, fax, answer machine and air conditioned bedrooms.

Housekeeping service is provided 6 days per week. Additional services such as cooking and
babysitting can be arranged at minimal extra cost. The property has an electric gate
and is completely fenced, making it very private and secure.
