Lynn's Manor is a modern and spacious 4 bedroom villa, located 15 minutes from A.N.R.Robinson International Airport. A 10 minutes drive from the Villa will enable you to utilise amenities such as ATM's, Banks, Beaches, Golf Courses, Restaurants & Groceries. The 1st Floor of the villa features
2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The open plan lounge and dining room area incorporates a fully equipped Kitchen.

The lounge area provides ample comfortable seating along with Cable TV, DVD and CD Player. Access to the refreshing kidney shaped swimming pool and the landscaped garden, both designed to ensure you will have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The 2nd Floor has 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities, fitted Wardrobes and are fully Air Conditioned . The Master bedroom also has a Bath Tub along with Cable TV. A large balcony provides the ideal place to chill out in the evenings whilst enjoying the beautiful sunset.
The swimming pool is also accessible from this level. Guest of Lynn’s Manor will be
greeted on arrival at the airport or port and escorted to the villa.

Rental dates and charges excluding Easter, Jazz and Christmas periods.

* A security deposit equivalent to one night's rental is due upon arrival.
Payment is due in cash upon arrival! The deposit will be refunded upon departure,
assuming no damages to the Villa.
