Situated on the hillside below Toad Heights, this is a spacious two bedroom house with front and rear verandahs. Toad Hall is protected by an electronic alarm system and has a telephone installed for your convenience-Local calls only! You are now in the main lounge & kitchen area. This comprises a large (25ft x 15ft) area fitted with comfortable sofas and coffee tables. There is also a television. One wall features a comprehensive fitted kitchen including gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, fridge/freezer & deep freeze. There is plenty of storage space for foodstuffs. Stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are located to the right of the french doors which, in turn lead to the rear verandah.

The Master bedroom is a light, airy and spacious room simply furnished.
The bed is fitted with a canopy and has a draw curtain mosquito net. The second Bedroom is a Mezzanine room above the living area and again is simply furnished with a double bed.
