The villa, set on the Grafton Ridge, offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea from the South with Pigeon Point and the famous Nylon Pool to Plymouth, and beyond towards the mountainous North. The entrance hall has an atrium and a fish pool and leads to an enormous living room. Two connected infinity pools are accessed directly from the house and there is a large pool deck offering splendid views to the sea. The villa features a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, dining room and an air-conditioned study/TV. Downstairs leads to a TV/Living room with more wonderful views and a bar area with refrigerator and wine cooler, where you can have a relaxed evening, sipping your Caribbean cocktail.

There are 6 bedrooms suites, all air-conditioned with furnished verandahs or terraces and en-suite bath- or shower rooms. The villa is suitable for groups of friends, families or the couple that wishes to represent and entertain guests. Rentals are possible from 2 persons to 12 persons (one to six bedrooms). It is advised that you hire a 4-wheel drive vehicle (see our rate tables for saloon cars, 4-wheel-drive 'jeeps' and SUVs, station wagons and mini-vans and motorcycle rental) because a very steep driveway accesses the villa.
