Tobago Cocoa Estate

We drive along the Atlantic Coast to Argyle, home of the Tobago Cocoa Estate. Here they grow 11 different strains of the world famous Trinitario Beans on 48 acres of slopping grounds. Watch how cocoa is being grown, the beans fermented and dried before being shipped to Master Chocolatier Francois Pralus in France.
